Return and exchange policy The customer has the right to return products within 7 days from the time of receipt or exchange products within 14 days from the date of purchase, provided that the product is in its original condition. - When wishing to exchange a product without any manufacturing defect or flaw, the customer bears the shipping fees estimated at least 25 riyals. - If the desired product for exchange is unavailable, the customer will be contacted to get their permission if they wish for another product. - Products purchased with a discount or a discount coupon are not eligible for return.
